First Timers Rock

20/07/2009 16:26

Our quiet members have finally made their presence felt.

You might have known them as quiet dudes who are slow and easy in the way they talk ,but in a cultural atmosphere you’ll be marked wrong if you decide to rule them off.

Lads in the likes of Mathew Bonie and Roland Niu were first timers on the floor for SIMSA but they have shown us their worth in the cultural arena at FSM’s Open day on Friday when they bravely took to the stage their cultural tidings to shake the steering crowd with cheers.

Backed by Ishmael, a Chisoulise, the dancing was taken to a new height which saw him stepped into the head warrior’s shoes to lead the way for a group of enthusiastic entertainers on the side who seemed to fall in love with the cheering on- lookers.

Armed with shields and axes the entertaining dancers flew east to the reef islands to add another flavour to the list of items.

That’s when Bonie came flying to add his stylish dancing tips to the excitement.

The smiling Roland was easy going among the experienced dudes like Fredy and Regi but he did make his presence felt in his own way.*
